I am writing this letter to bring in your kind notice that we have shifted from our old house addressed “334, Lincoln Street, London which was registered on the name of Ronald S Wisely, to a new house addressed as “56, New Panorama Heights, Forest lane, London” registered with the same
name.
Kindly consider this letter as my formal request to change our address in your municipal records. I am attaching the new address’s official proof with this letter for your perusal. Once the address is changed in the official records of Municipal Corporation, we’ll be able to request for change in address in other important official documents like utility bills, passport, driver’s license etc.

I will look forward for a quick action from your end in this matter.
