Sales Manager
CheapMeds, Inc.

Dear Sir,
Warm greetings!
In behalf of the Volunteer Doctors, I want to say thank you for the extra effort your company exerted in delivering the goods we ordered on such short notice.  We know that you serve numerous clients daily and we greatly appreciate your kind consideration in providing us our needs although we were not able to accomplish the required ordering procedure.
Through your prompt response, we were able to successfully hold our activity.  Our
medical mission, where we used the medicines and supplies you delivered, serviced 1,000 poor families in Somalia.  They also express their appreciation for your help.
I hope that you will continue providing quality products and services with good work ethics.  Our company will be holding similar activities in the future and we look forward to doing business with you again.

Thank you.  We hope your company continues to expand and excel in the field.
Sincerely,
Dr. Chris Brooks
