It is with regret we need to announce that our company has decided to reduce the staff strength by 500. The reduction in this regard will start after reviewing the individual performance report.
As is well known, due to recession the company is losing its profit and is not able to meet its target results. The company has also lost some of its big clients. Due to this the management has decided to reduce the staff strength.
Those with poor review and performance may be in the circle to face the wrath. Hence we warn you to perform well and meet targets in time to be on safer side. The list of those being discharged from the services will be released soon and will be effective from the end of this month.
