Letter announcing change of summer office timing

Date: 25th Feb, 2012
Subject: Summer Office Timing Announcement

Dear Employees,

Greetings for the day!!!!!
I am writing this letter to inform you about the change in office timings and official working hours. As you all know, summer is approaching and hence the office management has decided to change the working hours of the office.  The official working hours will be 8 am -5 pm w.e.f 1st March 2012.

This change was requested by many employees so that they can start working early and can be free during the evening hours to give time to their social life. The management also researched and concluded that early hours of day have always proved to be more productive and hence can contribute in achieving organizational goals as employees perform better during this time of the day.

In case of any queries or issues, please feel free to contact management officials.
Sincerely,
Rebecca Johnson
CEO, ADS Technologies
